AllBoats (hereafter referred to as AB) will not be held responsible for any of the following.


1 Condition or misinterpretation of any item sold through this site.


2 Money exchanged by either parties for a said sale or otherwise


3 Any dispute that may arise from said sale


4 Any other reason connected with a sale of any item advertised on this site


5 Disruption of server or Host


6 Display or none display of AB web site


7 Spelling mistakes (although these will normally be rectified)


8 An advert placed on AB that does not result in a sale


9 A client either Buyer or Seller not reading the Terms & Conditions that are prominently shown on the AB site


10 Any other reason not mentioned above in any way whatsoever


AB agree to display a sellers advert on a full AB web page (1 advert per page) only 1 advert allowed per payment


AB agree to display a sellers advert to its best advantage and will inform seller of any alterations that may help with a sale


AB will promote the AB web site to whom ever we feel capable of giving us the right exposure

TERMS & CONDITIONS

BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY

For all dealings with seller


To receive advice from a surveyor before purchase


For all money exchanged for agreed sale


For all costs incurred with viewing or otherwise in connection with sale ( eg travel moving of the item for sale etc )


To solve any dispute arising from said sale with the seller

SELLERS RESPONSIBILITY

To give accurate details of item for sale


To deal direct with Buyer


For all money dealings and exchange thereof


To settle any dispute arising from sale either in the present or future



AB........ will not enter into any discussion or any further correspondence between seller or buyer except for the setting up of the account and dealings therein


AB again put emphasis on the fact we exempt ourselves from any involvement or legal prosecution whatsoever connected with the selling or buying of any item advertised on AB


Sorry AB will not refund any money for a quick sale (as if you would want any back after a quick sale)
